I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Inese Lībiņa-Egnere, Minister for Justice, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the United States of America concerning security measures for the protection of classified information on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
