I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Rihards Kozlovskis, Minister for the Interior, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Korea Concerning a Working Holiday Programme, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
