I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Inese Lībiņa-Egnere, Minister for Justice, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Republic of Latvia and the International Criminal Court on the Enforcement of Sentences of the International Criminal Court, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia.
