I, Evika Silina, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Atis Svinka , Minister for transport, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Ukraine on the Recognition and Exchange of Driving licences, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
