I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Viktors Valainis, Minister for Economics, is authorized to sign the Agreement on Economic, Commercial and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the State of Qatar, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
