LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Elīna Šimiņa-Neverovska, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles on Air Services, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
