LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Brigadier General Kaspars Zdanovskis, Deputy Chief of the Joint Staff of the National Armed Forces, is authorized to sign the Memorandum of Agreement between the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia and the Department of Defence of the United States of America regarding the Assignment of Liaison Officers, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
