I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Elīna Šimiņa-Neverovska, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana on Air Services, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
