LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Lelde Līce-Līcīte, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union, is authorized to sign the Partnership Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Common Market of the South, the Argentine Republic, the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of Paraguay and the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, of the other part, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
In witness whereof, I have signed these presents and caused the official seal to be affixed hereunder.
