I,Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Agnese Vilde, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Council of Europe, is authorized to sign the Protocol amending the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
