I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Arvils Ašeradens, Minister for Finance of the Republic of Latvia, is authorized to sign the Addendum to the Recovery and Resilience Facility Financing Agreement between (the Government of) the Republic of Latvia and the European Commission, on behalf of (the Government of) the Republic of Latvia.
