LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Andris Kulbergs, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Lelde Līce-Līcīte, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union, is authorized to sign the Political, Economic and Cooperation Strategic Partnership Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the United Mexican States, of the other part, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
