LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Ms Lelde Līce-Līcīte, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union, is authorized to sign the Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Government of Malaysia, of the other part, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia.
