LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Andris Kulbergs, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Jānis Dombrava, Minister for Interior, is authorized to sign the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the Implementation of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Armenia on the Readmission of Persons Residing without Authorization, on behalf of (the Government of) the Republic of Latvia.
