I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Atis Švinka, Minister for Transport, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on the Recognition and Exchange of Driving Licenses, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
