I, Andris Kulbergs, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Jānis Dombrava, Minister for Interior, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on Cross-Border Cooperation in the Fight against Crime, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
