I, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Kristaps Eklons, Minister for the Interior, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of Japan regarding a working holiday scheme on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
