LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Andris Kulbergs, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Lelde Līce-Līcīte, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union, is authorized to sign the Agreement Establishing an Association between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Principality of Andorra and the Republic of San Marino, each as a separate Party, of the other part, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia.
In witness whereof, I have signed these presents and caused the official seal to be affixed hereunder.
