LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Lelde Līce-Līcīte, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union, is authorized to sign the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Kyrgyz Republic, of the other part, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia.
