LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Ms Lelde Līce-Līcīte, Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union, is authorized to sign the Comprehensive Air Transport Agreement between the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, and the European Union and its Member States, as well as the Record of Statements made on the occasion of the signature of the ASEAN-EU Comprehensive Air Transport Agreement.
