LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Arvils Ašeradens, Minister for Finance, is authorized to communicate to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development the acceptance of the Amendment of the Articles of Agreement of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development – Removal of Lending Limitation, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia, using an Acceptance Form established by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
