LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Mr Jānis Bordāns, Minister for Justice, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the United States of America concerning security measures for the protection of classified information, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
