LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Lelde Līce-Līcīte, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union, is authorized to sign the Partnership Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States, of the other part, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia.
