I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Solvita Āboltiņa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, is authorized to sign the Convention Establishing an International Claims Commission for Ukraine, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
