I, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Deputy Prime Minister, Defence Minister Artis Pabriks is authorised to sign the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on enhanced defence cooperation on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
