I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Hosams Abu Meri, Minister for Health, is authorized to sign the Protocol of Amendment of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Cross-Border Cooperation in the Provision of Ambulance Services in the Border Area between the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lithuania, signed on 3 October 2018.
