LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Juris Bone, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, is authorized to sign the Agreement between the Republic of Latvia and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia.
