I, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, HEREBY CERTIFY that Tālis Linkaits, Minister of Transport of the Republic of Latvia, is authorized to sign the Service Level Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Agency for Support for the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications.
