LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, hereby certify that Arvils Ašeradens, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Latvia, is authorized to sign the Framework Agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and the Government of the Republic of Latvia on the implementation of the second Swiss Contribution to selected member states of the European Union to reduce economic and social disparities within the European Union, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
