LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Arvils Ašeradens, Minister for Finance, is authorized to communicate to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development the acceptance of the Amendments to the Agreement Establishing the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, on behalf of the Republic of Latvia, using a Notification of Acceptance established by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
