I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Elīna Šimiņa-Neverovska, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, is authorized to sign the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
