LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Arvils Ašeradens, Minister for Finance, is authorized to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on the Implementation of the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2021-2028 between the Republic of Latvia and Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Kingdom of Norway, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
