LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Andris Sprūds, Minister for Defence is authorized to sign the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia and the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Denmark concerning the general principles of operation of Multinational Divisional Headquarters North, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
