LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Arvils Ašeradens, Minister for Finance, is authorized to sign the Convention between the Republic of Latvia and the Principality of Andorra for the Elimination of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance and its Protocol on behalf of the Republic of Latvia.
