I, Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister, hereby certify that Arvils Ašeradens, Minister for Finance, is authorized to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on the Implementation of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2021-2028 between the Republic of Latvia and the Kingdom of Norway, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Latvia.
